Raymond Kao is a second-year Masters of International Affairs candidate at UC San Diego's School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS). He graduated from UCSD in 2019 with a B.A. in International Studies with a focus on political science, and is now focused on security, conflict resolution, and data analytics in the Asia-Pacific. At cPASS, he is a part of both the Machine Learning for Social Science Lab (MSSL) and the In-The-Loop Lab (ITL), collecting and cleaning data for various projects
